SCOPE OF WORKS:
Construction of three LNG tanks with capacity of 110.000m3 (each) on Fos Cavaou Terminal in Fos-sur-Mer in France.
Project total working manhours – 550.000 mhr
Construction of ~ 7.000 tonnes of 9%Ni,
Carbon steel,
stainless steel and aluminium.
Management and Staff – 20 supervisors + 200 workers.
Scope of works included construction of the tanks,
pneumatic “roof air-rising” operation,
internal piping erection,
insulation works on bottom,
shell and aluminium suspended deck,
hydrotest & pneumatic test of the tanks and perlite filling assistance.
Furthermore,
innovation solution,
specialized heavy equipment and machines were supplied for project execution.
