SCOPE OF WORKS:

Revamp of Regenerator R-202 consisted in dismantling of outlet pipe, reactor’s head accessories and platforms, I & II level cyclones and reactor’s head (190t).
Furthermore,  refractory lining were replaced and repairs on shell were performed. Finally, new reactor head (230t) were installed with all new piping, accessories and platforms. NDT’s and scaffoldings were executed during project performance.
 
Revamp of Diaphragm Chamber D-201 consisted in dismantling of outlet pipe, accessories and platforms, diaphragm chamber upper element (57t) and diaphragm chamber lower element (95t).
Furthermore,  refractory lining were replaced and repairs on shell were performed.  Finally, new diaphragm chamber lower element (110t) and diaphragm chamber upper element (23t) were installed with all new piping, accessories and platforms.  NDT’s, surveying and scaffoldings were executed during project performance.

Revamp of Reactor R-201 consisted in disassembly and assembly of I & II level of cyclones legs, replacement of refractory lining, repair of water and air collector, repair of ballistic collector, replacement of ballistic collector head, disassembly and erection of new pipeline. NDT’s and scaffoldings were executed during project performance.

Furthermore, scope of works for regenerator R-202 included elaboration of Works Organization Plan, prefabrication of new regenerator’s head, preparation and prefabrication of lay down steel structures for regenerator’s head. Moreover anticorrosion protection and temporary foundation civil works were performed.
