Unit 900

Shifting, assembly and start-up of new vacuum heater in place of old one. A huge 500 t construction rising over an 8-story building was assembled 50 m from place of destination. Unusual accuracy of assembling consisted in fit-up on the new heater to existing installations and tie-in pipeline systems. The old heater was disconnected, lifted in whole and shifted. In its place a new one was transported on special rails. Sections and elements of new heater were prefabricated in Plock.
